Please be informed we have sent out the Candidates Lists for 2009 Practical exams.Kindly check through all the details printed in the candidates lists and inform me if there is any errors.Any amendment should email to Mrs. Maureen Hagan at mhagan@abrsm .ac.uk and c.c. to me at chenlanen@yahoo.com before the end of May to avoid any inconvenience during the exam and printing of certificates later.Details of exam venues and schedules are listed below for your reference:-

ABRSM 2009 MARCH THEORY AND APRIL PRACTICAL EXAMS INFO

To All Applicants Concerned!

Pleased to inform all of you that we have already sent out the candidates lists and script labels for this forthcoming March 16 Theory exam and also April 6 – 9 year 2009 candidate list for the Pratical exams. Kindly response to us if you have any printing errors onthe candidates lists to avoid any problems in future. We have set a deadline for the amendment -25 February for Theory exam and 3 March for practical exam.Please contact us immediately if you haven’t received the documents we sent by now.

ABRSM 2009 EXAMINATIONS

Dear Applicants,

Time flies rapidly. It’s coming towards the end of the year 2008 and it’s high time for 2009 Theory and Practical examinations registration periods. The registration for 2009 March TheoryExam  has closed on 12 November 2008 and recently the April Practical exam for Kota Kinabalu venue only has just closed on 10 December 2008. The forthcoming one is the June-August Practical exams for all venues through out Sabah will be opened on 5 to 21 January 2009. So, don’t miss the chance to enter your potential candidates on hands and please don’t wait till the last moment to catch the busy on-line system which you might encounter failure in your transaction.

Please be informed that from now onwards you don’t need to send or fax to me the candidates grade 5 Thaory certificate for those who have entered upper grades 6 to 8 Practical exams candidates. For those who have candidates using the Re-Entry Voucher to enter manually using entry form only must attach with their grade 5 Theory certificate. This is so because ABRSM has upgraded their system where they can trace whether the candidate is qualified or not for upper grades exams.

ABRSM AUGUST 2008 THEORY EXAM RESULT & CERTIFICATES

To All Applicants Concerned,

Please come forward to claim your August Theory Exam Result and Certificates at your respective District Education Department Exam Office for Sandakan, Tawau and Lahad Datu. For applicants of Kota Kinabalu, Kota Marudu and Tenom, please collect the above mentioned item at the head quarters of Examination Sector, Education Department Sabah, 1st Floor, Wisma MUIS, Kota Kinabalu at your earliest convenience.

Just to remind all of you that the next registration on-line for 2009 March exam will begin in this coming 21 October 2008 and end on 12 November 2008. Kindly entered your candidates by grades early to avoid any interference or problems on getting through the on-line system which is fully control by ABRSM London. Please double check on your candidates’ names and grades before sending and do print out a copy of the candidates entries for your record.

ABRSM JUNE-AUGUST 2008PRACTICAL EXAMS CERTIFICATES

To All Applicants Concerned

The ABRSM Practical exams certificates for all centres are available for collection at your individual District Education Office by 25 September 2008. Kindly call and make appointment to see the district desk officer to get your candidates certificates as soon as possible. Please check all your candidate results in the printed candidate lists as well as their certificates. If there is any misprint, please contact me immediately for the necessary procedures so that action can be taken by ABRSM if that’s their faults for the amendment.

For applicants in Kota Kinabalu, certificates can be collected from today. So please come at your earliest convenience to get it.

The ABRSM 2008 period B (June- August) Practical Exams result will be released to all of you through your respective Education Department Exam officer on 1st September 2008. For Kota Marudu, Kudat and Tenom applicants, you have to collect your result at the Kota Kinabalu exam office in Wisma MUIS 1st Floor.Kindly contact the desk officer concerned for your exam result on that particular morning.

ABRSM AUGUST 2008 THEORY EXAM

Dear Applicants concerned,

Please be informed that the 18 August Theory exam candidate lists and label scripts have been sent to you in mid July. Hope you have received it by now and any mistakes on the candidates lists need to be checked carefully and inform us immediately before the exam to avoid the misprint of certificates later. Remember 8 pounds for reprint of certificate charge by ABRSM as stated in the rules and regulations booklet !

Please remind your candidates to bring along their set of label script to the exam centre on 18 August 2008 at least 30 minutes before 9:00AM.
